Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if your order meets the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Order not delivered within the promised time
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Items purchased on clearance or sale
- Digital or downloadable products
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Late requests may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
